City of Cascade Iowa Public Works

The City of Cascade’s Public Works Department provides water, sewer, garbage and recycling collection to Cascade residents and businesses. The Public Works Department also maintains storm sewers, streets and alleys, the City parks, and all city buildings and facilities. Personnel, vehicles, and equipment are housed and dispatched from the City Garage located at 200 Buchanan Street NW. The Public Works Department can be reached at 563-852-3114 during business hours (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday), and after hours and emergencies at 1-800-262-6013.

Cascade Cable Commission

- Commission Term: 3-yrs appointed by Council.
- Compensation: $15/meeting.
- Meeting Date: 3rd Wednesday of each month.
- Place & Time: 5:30 PM at the City Hall.

Cascade Energy Effeciency Commission

- Commission Term: 3-yrs appointed by Utility Board.
- Compensation: $15/meeting.
- Meeting Date: 2nd Monday/Middle Monday of each quarter.
- Place & Time: 5:30 PM at the City Hall.
